About the Project
Justtrack is a comprehensive mobile measurement and marketing automation platform (MMP+) that empowers app and game publishers to scale globally by unifying advanced attribution, real-time monetization analytics, and automated campaign optimization into a single, high-performance dashboard.
The Challenge
Build a scalable design system to keep the platform consistent, fast, and easy to use. Reimagine platform navigation with an app-centric approach. Redesign Smart Diagnostic Insights.
My Role
Senior Product Designer responsible for design system leadership, navigation & information architecture, and data & insights UX. Driving consistency across the platform and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Process
Design System Audit & Foundation
Conducted a comprehensive audit of existing UI components across the platform, identified inconsistencies, and established a foundational token-based design system with shared primitives, color scales, spacing, and typography.
Navigation Reimagination
Researched user workflows and identified pain points in the existing navigation structure. Proposed and validated an app-centric navigation model that reduces cognitive load and allows users to switch context between apps seamlessly.
Smart Diagnostic Insights Redesign
Redesigned the diagnostic insights module to surface actionable data faster, introducing progressive disclosure patterns, contextual tooltips, and streamlined data visualization for complex attribution metrics.
Results
Delivered a unified design system that accelerated feature development and ensured visual consistency across the platform. The new app-centric navigation significantly improved user orientation and task efficiency. Smart Diagnostic Insights redesign reduced time-to-insight for key analytical workflows.
Key Learnings
Working on a data-heavy marketing platform reinforced the importance of close collaboration with data engineers and product analysts. Balancing design system scalability with the need for rapid feature delivery required constant prioritization and clear communication across teams.
